From the moment I arrived, the hotel's service was impeccable. The airport shuttle was thoughtful and attentive, with warm welcomes upon arrival and meticulous farewells upon departure—every detail was brimming with charm.🥰 Stepping into the room was a series of delightful surprises. Fresh welcome fruits, nightly bedtime milk and assorted snacks, chilled and hot mineral water on demand, and unlimited tea—pure indulgence!😋 In the bathroom, a Lefine hair dryer was ready to use, and if I wanted to try a Dyson, it was available for free rental. A dream for detail lovers!👍 The hotel amenities were top-notch. Towels and bathrobes were sealed for hygiene. The plush, thick-soled cotton slippers were soft, comfy, and reusable, while the sealed pastel-colored shower slippers were both cute and practical. The supermarket-quality wide-head toothbrush (worth over ¥10) had pristine, soft bristles. Unique horn-straightening and massage-curling combs made styling effortless, and the double-blade razor was smooth and comfortable. A smart-brand toilet with disposable custom seat covers ensured peace of mind. A Xiaomi smart kettle with temperature control, a mini-fridge, and a safe added convenience. Ten hangers met all my hanging needs, while handheld irons, smart steamers, and steam irons were perfect for business trips. The hotel’s free perks were abundant: complimentary laundry and ironing for hassle-free stays, a fitness center to stay active, meeting rooms for business needs, and a kids' play area for family travelers. Air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, dryers, and drying racks were all provided. The fragrance-free, tamper-proof toiletries were gentle and considerate. Strolling through the gardenia-scented surroundings, my heart was full of "Gardenia," brimming with happiness.
