Jiangsu Changshu Shajiabang Scenic Area.

Shajiabang Reed Marsh Scenic Area, also known as Shajiabang Scenic Area, is located in the southeast of Changshu City, Jiangsu Province, on the side of Yangcheng Lake, at the junction of Xiangcheng District, Suzhou City, and Kunshan City. It is 80 kilometers from Shanghai via the Changkun Line to the east and 40 kilometers from the Suzhou Interchange of the Huning Expressway to the south. The area is about 6,000 acres. Shajiabang Reed Marsh Scenic Area, originally there was no place name "Shajiabang", which was a fictitious name of a small town by Yangcheng Lake by the playwright of the opera. The Peking Opera "Shajiabang" became famous, so Shajiabang Town was named after the opera and was developed into a red tourist attraction. Shajiabang Reed Marsh Scenic Area has unique historical, cultural and natural ecological resources, forming functional areas such as the Revolutionary Tradition Education Area, Red Stone Folk Culture Village, Reed Water and Land Maze, National Defense Education Park, Hengjing Old Street Film and Television Base, and Shajiabang Wetland Science Popularization Park.
