Room experience: This time I booked the hotel's executive double bedroom, and I was upgraded to the executive double bedroom suite in the apartment area when I checked in. The room area is about 100 square meters, and the kitchen facilities are complete. The room is facing Qinhuhu, and there is a light show at night, the scenery is very good. Dining experience: The hotel's executive lounge experience is not bad. Afternoon tea seems to be mediocre, but the happy hour is very good, with 4 to 5 hard dishes, and the update is very timely, better than most of the Marriott canteens. The hotel breakfast seems to be mediocre. Service experience: As a newly opened hotel, the service is not in place and there is room for improvement. Usually based on Marriott, I don't understand some of Hilton's operations. For example, as an executive double bedroom that allows 4 people to stay, and the price of 3 people on the app is higher than that of 2 people, the default is only 2 breakfasts and executive treatment. After communicating by phone in advance, after being informed of the Hilton Gold Card member (which itself gives breakfast), I was finally told that I could only give 3 when I checked in.
