Traveling to Changsha is an unforgettable experience! The food here is amazing, especially the Hunan cuisine, which is simply heaven for me as a spicy lover and yet not expensive. 💞Reason for recommendation: First of all, my favorite is the stir-fried yellow beef, and their golden egg strips, so heavy but not overheated, eating really addictive. The taste of fried beef is particularly good, with some chili and spices, it is simply a kind of enjoyment, strong with rice. In addition to the food, Changsha’s drinks are also a highlight. The whole street is filled with tea-colored Yuen Yuen Coffee and Good Lemon. The drinks are not only good, but also very cheap and delicious. Every day we buy five or six small cups, so we don't have to worry about hurting our wallets, and we can drink while walking and enjoy the leisurely atmosphere. Moreover, the streetscape of Changsha is very characteristic, history and modernity blend well, while walking the streets can enjoy many beautiful architecture, and there are some small shops selling handicrafts, which makes me feel new discoveries at every corner. The trip to Changsha gave me a deeper understanding of Hunan cuisine and left me with many wonderful memories, with every meal full of surprises.
