Designed by the Hunan University Design Research Institute, this building's exterior features rough red bricks pieced together to evoke abstract memories of rural wheat stacks, while its interior hides a temple of light—a concrete cylindrical skylight pouring in celestial illumination, resembling a custom-made altar for the exhibited artworks.
