Tianxin Pavilion is a must-see in Changsha.

It was rebuilt in the 1980s after being destroyed by the Wenxi Fire. In fact, most of Changsha was destroyed by the fire. The ancient city wall of Tianxin Pavilion is a symbol of the ancient city of Changsha, and has witnessed the city's history and development. You can navigate to the northeast gate of Tianxin Park for a paid parking lot. Tianxin Park is free, but Tianxin Pavilion is a paid attraction. Tickets are CNY 30 per person. It takes about 30 minutes to walk around the core area twice. Whether it's worth it depends on how long you want to stay there. If you have time, it's worth a visit.
