Xixin Zen Temple: A Quiet Place for Meditation

#Temple The environment of Xixin Zen Temple made me really want to "cleanse my mind" not only of the temple, but also of my irritable mood! The tranquility in the temple made me feel calm instantly. However, when I saw the monks sitting in meditation, their natural state seemed to say, "Are you still thinking about lunch?" I was instantly ashamed, took a deep breath, and decided to practice "no thoughts". I also tried to talk to a parrot in the courtyard, but the parrot mercilessly hit me with a "bang", which made me understand that some thoughts should be kept to myself!
