The town center

The fourth phase of Anaya is divided into the North and South districts. The plaza in the South district of the fourth phase is a central area, featuring a cinema, shops, and an art center. It is one of the bustling areas in the entire Anaya park, alongside the neighborhood center, the commercial street of the sixth phase, and the town of the ninth phase. The South district of the fourth phase has villas, houses, and apartments, and is also adjacent to a golf practice range.
