A hidden Japanese cafe in Busan 🍡 Don’t miss it if you love grilled meatballs

Tired of Korean and European style cafes? Then why not come to this Japanese-style restaurant "Nogadeulda Nog Cafe 녹아들다 녹카페" to change your taste? The two-story space has an overall Japanese wooden décor with a nostalgic vibe. It’s not a big space, but every corner is full of flavor. I was so lucky this time, I got to sit near the floor-to-ceiling wooden window. I felt so happy just sitting there and daydreaming! When I came here, what I was most looking forward to was the Japanese style Chibi Maruko! I chose three flavors, both salty and sweet, each with its own characteristics. ✔ Braised meatballs in sauce - the sauce is just the right amount of salty and sweet, the outer layer of the meatballs is slightly charred, and you can smell a light charcoal-grilled aroma when chewing! ✔ Matcha Meatballs - The matcha flavor is lighter, but with a slight tea aroma ✔ Red Bean Meatballs - The red bean paste is delicate and not too sweet, and paired with the soft and glutinous meatballs, it feels like a Japanese fruit when you take a bite!
