Busan-style cold noodles, milmyeon, are made with wheat flour and are softer than cold noodles, similar to Japanese ramen noodles. ▼Milmyeon small 8,000w A chewy, firm wheat noodle that goes down well. It's very similar to cold noodles, but the noodles are different. The soup is cold and has a refreshing taste made from beef stock. 　　 Topped with shredded egg, cucumber, boiled egg, and chili pepper-based seasoning. Noodles are cut with scissors to make them easier to eat. 　　 The kettle is filled with beef bone soup, which is a great palate cleanser for the milmyeon. 　　 Apparently, the restaurant can get so crowded in the summer that there is a line.
