🌿 Journey to the Central Highlands - Where the Rong roofs tell stories 🌿 For the first time in my journey, I got to see with my own eyes and touch the Rong roofs - a typical cultural symbol of the Central Highlands people. From Dak Lak to Kon Tum, each place has its own unique features but still retains its rustic, majestic and unique spirit. 🏡 The Rong house is not only a place for community activities, but also a "heart" of the village. The soaring roof seems to touch the sky, rising up in the middle of the forest, evoking a sense of sacredness and pride. I was really impressed with the carvings, the extremely vivid hand-carved wooden statues - from human figures, animals to life stories told in... wood. 💬 In particular, the stairs to the Rong house are a very interesting point: divided into two separate paths, often representing men and women, showing respect and sophistication in the cultural life of the people. The stairs are carved from large tree trunks, sometimes with traditional patterns or carvings, very unique, although I do not fully understand the meaning, but it is definitely an indispensable part of the soul. 📸 I have saved many beautiful moments, the Rong house roof towering in the sky.
