Last year, I took on a new challenge—Aerial yoga. Despite not being an expert in anything sporty, I decided to give it a try. At first, I struggled, often thinking, “This is too hard, maybe I should quit.” But thanks to patient instructors with clear, step-by-step guidance, I persevered. I took my time, building strength at my own pace, and now, a year later, I’ve attended over 30 classes at The New Place near Beauty World MRT station. Aerial yoga has not only improved me physically but mentally too.
