Unique and delicious experience at Chez Leon - Bruxelles Situated in the city center this historical restaurant is specialized in mussels place. It is a must if you visit Bruxelles, most authentic which was founded in 1893. Reservation is recommended as the place is always busy. Must try the started which is a mix of fried fresh fish and obviously the mussels. The prawn croquette was a little surprise for me I didn't expect it to taste that good. The quality is really unbelievable and is as fair prices thinking the good food and the central location. Table inside and outside. We had lunch inside in a really romantic corner. Really nice to know kids under 12 don’t pay here which is something very unusual.Definitely good value for money. A special on sunday is the all you can eat mussels, unfortunately we couldn’t get there on this day but still we tried few versions of their famous speciality. According with their story at the beginning of 1989, the dynamic spirit of the Vanlancker successors came to fruition with the opening of a new Léon resturant in Brussels, in Bruparck, in the shadow of Atomium.
