#myhiddengems I had a fantastic time at Brevard Zoo in Melbourne, Florida! 🦓 Located about an hour east of Orlando, this charming zoo offers a wonderful day out. The entrance fee was around $25 for adults, which I found quite reasonable for the experience. The zoo’s layout is both scenic and practical, with well-designed exhibits that allow for close-up views of the animals. One of the highlights was the “Safari Tram,” which provides a relaxed tour through the zoo’s expansive African habitats, featuring giraffes and rhinos. 🦒 The “Wild Florida” section was also impressive, showcasing native species like the Florida panther and a variety of bird species. 🦅 The zip line adventure over the zoo’s lagoons added a thrilling touch, offering a unique perspective of the grounds. After exploring, I enjoyed a peaceful walk through the botanical gardens and a snack at one of the food stands. The nearby historic town of Melbourne is worth a visit too, with its quaint shops and eateries.
