Can you still go to Sayram Lake when it's raining?

Does anyone know? On the way to Sayram Lake, the sky was clear, but as we were about to reach the parking lot, dark clouds gathered, and as soon as we parked the car, large raindrops started falling. I was standing at the ticket office feeling awkward, wondering whether to buy the ticket or not. Snow mountains, grasslands, and lakes all require good weather to look their best. If the weather is bad, the colors won't be good, and if the colors aren't good, the experience won't be good. But if we don't go in, it would be a pity to miss this attraction, especially since we have to head to other places afterward. Feeling conflicted, I went to the restroom. When I came out, I saw my husband looking up at the sky. I called out to him. He said, 'I have good news for you, the rain will stop soon, and it will be sunny.' I said, 'Have you learned to read the weather now?' My husband said, 'I observed that the wind is strong today and blowing in that direction, so the dark clouds will be blown away soon, and the rain will pass.' Then we drove into the scenic area to tour around the lake. At first, the weather was bad, so we enjoyed the view from the car. But after driving less than a third of the way, the sky cleared up, and the sun came out. The lake looked especially beautiful under the sunlight. We had a great time in the sunny weather afterward. Luckily, we didn't give up at the entrance and decided to go in. We got to see both rainy and sunny landscapes, which felt quite worthwhile.
