Solo Travel - Finding Solace in Lake Bled

#europeonbudget #holidayitinerary #travel #slovenia #thingstodo #slovenia #purposefultraveller I chose to stay 4D3N in Lake Bled, many tourists come and go but I was glad to stay long enough to take in the beauty of this place. Besides just walking around the lake, chose a simple hike up Ojstrica viewpoint (see first 3 pictures). Also did a boat ride to that island where the Church of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary stood. Walked up Bled castle and explored the surrounding with no agenda, did not enter into the castle though because I don't see a need to. The beautiful weather in April was a blessing.
