A stop at Birmingham on my way to Scotland

#birminghamtrip Few months before my visit to Birmingham, the council was declared bankruptcy, which worried me slightly in the beginning. But upon my arrival, I didn’t find the maintenance of the city out of order at all—in fact it’s as clean as it could get! I particularly enjoyed a stroll on the city center, Victoria square, Library of Birmingham (not Birmingham Central Library!) and especially Centenary Square, which looks extra cool with a reflection on the pool. The bullring mall, on the other hand, didn’t look as good as I wished it to be, but it could be because I arrived too late in the evening.
