The restaurant has completely private rooms built in the Sukiya style, and the staff in kimonos serve you politely✨ On this day, we started with crab covered in homemade karasumi and apple jelly, followed by eel milt sushi, seared scallop shinjo, firm sashimi, Bungo beef, and more, and finished with fluffy conger eel rice♪ topped with Beppu's specialty hot spring egg🥚 For dessert, the brown sugar warabi mochi and kinako mousse topped with red bean sauce was a refined lump with a moderate sweetness⭐️ We were able to enjoy wonderful Japanese cuisine that was prestigious yet relaxed♪ Meals start at 15,730 yen, which is an affordable price for a Michelin two-star🍜.
