Belgrade Serbia changed a lot in 5 years.

my last trip to Belgrade Serbia is end of 2018. Belgrade Serbia changed a lot in 5 years, especially the waterfront area along the Sava River, which is an urban renewal development project headed by the Government of Serbia aimed at improving Belgrade's cityscape and economy by revitalizing the Sava amphitheater, a neglected stretch of land on the right bank of the Sava river, between the Belgrade Fair and Branko's bridge. It was started in 2014 with the reconstruction of the Belgrade Cooperative building, which was finished in June of the same year. It is the second largest mixed use complex under construction in Europe, just after Minsk Mir, worth 3.5 billion dollars. Belgrade Waterfront complex will include 7,000 residential units for 14,000 residents, luxury hotels including W Hotel and St. Regis, 2000 offices, the largest shopping mall in southeast Europe, and public buildings #mytripvlog #urbanexplorer #2023travelwish #tripblazers #awesomepic #celebratewithtrip

Belgrade

Belgrade is the capital of the southeast European country of Serbia.Outspoken, adventurous, proud and audacious: Belgrade ('White City') is by no means a 'pretty' capital, Beautiful buildings, museums, historical streets and art galleries and much more, One of the unique must visited places all over the wold, there is something for everyone in this small cute city. Also there is saying that whoever comes to Belgrade, they always come back, 365 days 6 hours accommodating people from all over the world. I dare you to come and visit and try not to fall in love with this cuteness and beauty of the White City (Beograd) 😍 #travelinspiration #scenicspotguide #unforgettableexperiences #awesomepic

Belgrade Fortress

Belgrade Fortress is the core and the oldest section of the urban area of Belgrade. For centuries, the city population was concentrated only within the walls of the fortress, and thus the history of the fortress, until most recent times, reflects the history of Belgrade itself. It's a huge space, the castle, parks all around castle, a zoo at the bottom of the street, tennis courts, museums in the castle, bars, pubs in the castle, hidden spots... There are amazing views from the top the bottom and photo shooting spots. Basically there is always something for everyone out there to relax, to play chess, to run around, to have picnic. You can't live Belgrade without seeing Fortress (Kalemegdan). #kalemegdanfortress #belgrade #mustgo #awesomepic

Farmer's market "Zeleni venac"

Farmer's market "Zeleni venac" All roads meet at Zeleni venac, the market located in the very heart of Belgrade, decorated with interesting rooftop ,officially opening in 1926.. You can find anything you want ,from fruits ,vegetables, nuts, cheese, fish, clothes, old shoes, new shoes, old antique mirror, and yes, beautiful flowers, everything smells so good and taste so good.Very cheerful and friendly atmosphere. Even if you're not shopping, this bustling fresh produce market the oldest in Belgrade is worth a visit; it's always buzzing and the colourful stalls make for great photographs. It's across from a huge bus hub; lines run to and from Novi Beograd, Ada Ciganlija, Zemun (and elsewhere) from here. #market #foodieheaven #belgrade #awesomepic

Belgrade

Belgrade’s street art is everywhere. You’ll find it everywhere from the sides of new commercial buildings to Communist-era modernist buildings to architecture dating back to the Kingdom of Yugoslavia. Some artwork is political, some commemorate people who have passed, and some is meant to beautify the city. All of the various styles, mediums, and intentions blend together, helping give Belgrade the cosmopolitan, vibrant feel that reigns over the city. You ever get the chance to come over, Definitely must see the street arts of Belgrade... #streetart #belgrade #mustgo #art #graffiti #streetshots #visitbelgrade #colorfulscenery #creativity #paint #love #Belgrade #awesomepic

Szerb Ortodox Templom

It is the largest Orthodox church in Serbia, one of the largest Eastern orthodox churches and it ranks among the largest churches in the world. It is the most recognisable building in Belgrade and an amazing landmark of the city. The church stands on the Vračar plateau in Belgrade. It is pretty visible from city center. It is one of top visited places in Belgrade. Definitely a must go! You would go to Paris not visit Eiffel Tower... #temple #belgrade #awesomepic #awesomepic
