The Colors of Autumn

The autumn in Bayreuth is colorful and extremely beautiful. The fallen leaves are splendid and cover the ground; the sunlight is rich and gentle, pouring down in the afternoon, irresistibly drawing people outside; the sky is a clear blue from morning to noon, until dusk. Such an autumn is pleasant but never desolate. However, the autumn in Bayreuth is short; with just one drop in temperature, the warm days of basking in the sun are gone. Therefore, this autumn is extremely precious, making one wish to bottle up the sunlight, to open and slowly enjoy it during the short, cold, and bleak winter days.
