Disney’s Art of Animation Resort: A Tribute to Disney Animation

If you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World in Florida, consider staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort. From the moment you step into the hotel, you'll be captivated by its vibrant animation theme. The lobby is designed to resemble an animation studio, with walls adorned with concept art and sketches from Disney classics like "The Little Mermaid," "The Lion King," "Cars," and "Finding Nemo." Each piece of artwork is brimming with energy and creativity, showcasing the dedication and passion of Disney animators. The lighting and decor in the lobby are equally unique, with orange and yellow light strips that seem to narrate animated stories. Even the colorful carpets add to the cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in a "Finding Nemo" themed family suite, and the room's design transported us straight into Nemo and Dory's underwater world. The headboard featured a pink coral reef design, while the walls were decorated with Crush-themed accents. The blue ocean-patterned carpet, complete with coral and fish motifs, made it feel like we were living underwater. The room also had an ocean-themed dining table surrounded by orange chairs, with starfish and coral designs on the tabletop. Additionally, there was a dynamic red sofa with striped patterns that perfectly matched the ocean theme. A large mural on the wall depicted Nemo, Dory, and other characters swimming among the coral reefs. Beyond the rooms, the rest of the hotel is just as enchanting! Art of Animation has four themed areas: "The Little Mermaid," "The Lion King," "Cars," and "Finding Nemo." Each area features large character sculptures and themed decor. The hotel’s pool is inspired by "Finding Nemo," and you can hear the voices of Nemo and his friends interacting with you while swimming, making it feel like you're playing alongside them. Staying at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is truly an unforgettable experience! From the animation art in the lobby to the themed room designs and the hotel's facilities and environment, every corner is filled with Disney magic and creativity.
