Local Delicacies and Ferns that’s only found in Sarawak

#favouriteitinerary Had the chance to visit the Siniawan night market that features hundreds food stalls that sell various local delicacies, cuisines and drinks. The traditional handmade kuih-muih are very popular among the locals. I love their Angku-kuih which is made of red bean and the baked pulut (rice in bamboo). Also we have the signature Malay Satay that goes well with its rice and special gravy. Not only that, the special dish that is only found in Sarawak is the midin (a type of fern which are editable vegetable).
