Fragrant with curry leaves, dried shrimp, chilli, and garlic, the sauce clung to the lala perfectly. Spicy, savoury, and slightly sweet—it was a flavour bomb. And then came the showstopper: Butter Crab. Fresh, juicy crab smothered in a creamy, buttery sauce with hints of curry leaf and a little sweetness. Messy, hands-on eating—but so worth it. I was cracking shells and soaking up every drop of sauce with mantou buns like there was no tomorrow. This was the kind of meal that made you sit back, smile, and promise yourself you’ll be back.
