Consistency and Comfort at Radisson Batam

This was my third visit to the Radisson Golf & Convention Centre Batam over the past few years， and I'm happy to report the property continues to be well maintained. It's a reliable option whether you're in town for business or a leisurely weekend. The hotel features two large ballrooms， which are perfect for conferences and group events. On my last visit， I stayed in the Executive Suite; while quite spacious， it seemed a bit too empty for my taste. This time， I chose a standard room and found it very comfortable， generously sized， and well-equipped. I particularly appreciated the abundant supply of bottled water in the room—a small， yet thoughtful gesture. Service throughout the hotel met expectations. The staff were courteous and responsive without being intrusive. A continuing highlight is the spa and massage facilities on the second floor. The treatments were excellent and definitely worth booking ahead. Breakfast offers a varied spread. From continental selections to local Indonesian favorites like bakso (beef ball noodles)， there's something for everyone. The quality is good， and the variety ensures you won't get bored， even during an extended stay. For shopping or dining outside the hotel， Grand Batam Mall is just a quick 10-minute drive away， and a Grab ride there only cost me Rp 35，000 per trip—very convenient. Overall， Radisson remains a dependable， well-rounded hotel in Batam， great for business travelers， couples， or even short getaways.
