Mediterranean Coast Tour of Spain ~ Barcelona (Region) The museum houses a collection of precious artworks. It is divided into different sections based on educational objectives and offers guided tours. The collection includes Italian paintings from the 16th and 17th centuries, as well as Flemish, Spanish, and French paintings from the 15th to 18th centuries. It also showcases various styles of religious artifacts and biblical archaeology from the Middle East and Egypt. MDM features two temporary exhibition halls: the Pere Daura Gallery and the Pere Pruna Art Space, complementing the permanent exhibitions. Additionally, modern paintings form the largest and most renowned section of the Montserrat Museum.
