🇪🇸Barcelona, Spain Free Travel Day 1 (2)

📍Spots to visit - #BarcelonaTravelItinerary! Day 1 - Casa Milà - Casa Batlló - La Rambla - ZARA - La Plaça de Catalunya - Mercat de la Boqueria - Plaça Reial - Port Vell / Rambla de Mar 📍 Mercat de la Boqueria The spacious Boqueria Market offers a wide variety of meats, seafood, fruits, cheeses, and more, as well as a number of restaurants specializing in seafood. However, I knew it would be too salty for my taste, so I didn't bother trying it. 🥲 I bought a cup of mango and ate it while walking around. It was incredibly sweet and filling, so it was fine. 😗 I finally found the #lemonflavouredoliveoil I'd been looking for😆!! Sprinkle it on salads or oil pasta at the end for a fragrant and refreshing taste. 🤍 Another interesting thing here is that they also sell pretty salt mixed with dried flowers. I got two small packets because they say it's good for grilling meat. 😝 If you go down the alleys off Las Ramblas, you'll find many unique little shops! - #Vicens, selling #nougat! I bought it because they recommended the least sweet one. 😀 It tastes just like nougat :) - I stumbled upon a clothing store while passing by, and it's truly amazing. If you walk all the way inside, you'll find a #furniture store, which is incredibly spacious and has beautiful displays. The stone walls and arched ceiling are particularly striking, as if they've preserved their original form. The cozy atmosphere makes it feel like I've discovered a hidden gem. - There's also a handmade soap shop. It's a popular spot for Koreans, with a wide variety of attractions. 📍Plaça Reial #Plaça Reial is full of palm trees. 😙 This place is truly exotic and vibrant. A must-visit when you visit Barcelona! The Spanish sun feels closer and has a warm orange hue, making it shine much brighter. 🌞 Back on Las Ramblas, head straight for #Port Vell - 📍Port Vell Isn't one of the best things about Barcelona the #seaside? Just sitting anywhere on the #pier and just blankly staring at the sky makes me feel good. 😌 Yachts, sunsets, and the reflection of the sea... the perfect combination. 🤍 The restaurants around the port seem to liven things up even more as they get darker. If you have time, it might be a good idea to stay at the port from dawn until dusk! The ultimate in romance. 💕 Everywhere in Barcelona is a photogenic spot... So beautiful💗 #TravelItinerary

Mercat de la Boqueria

[Food Mecca, Boqueria Market🇪🇸] Do you all know that Boqueria Market is located on Las Ramblas in Barcelona? There are large and small restaurants inside this market, so you can have a quick meal with seasonal ingredients! And during lunch time, there are many restaurants that offer set menus at low prices, so it's really great to use! Fresh products and low prices!! 🔥 It's the cheapest and best to eat drinks inside the market!! It's several times cheaper than eating at the entrance of the market, so it would be good to keep that in mind:) #SpainTravel#Spain#Barcelona#BoqueriaMarket #YouthTravel#I'mHereNow #2019Travel#GourmetExploration#SafeTravel#HappyNewYear#CityTravel

Sagrada Familia

Discover the best of Barcelona and its province in just a few days — think surreal architecture, old-world alleys, epic food stops and views for days! 🏰✨ Here’s the must-see list: 1. Park Guell (Carrer d'Olot, Gràcia, 08024 Barcelona): Snap Gaudí’s rainbow mosaics. Open 09:30-18:00. Book early for smoother entry! 2. Columbus Monument (Plaça Portal de la Pau): Panoramic city and sea views from the top. Check opening: 08:30-14:30 (admission ends 13:30). 3. Gothic Quarter (Ciutat Vella): Wander 2,000 years of history, pretty much any hour — it’s open all day and totally magical at night. 4. Mercat de la Boqueria (La Rambla, 91): Get lost in a color bomb of market stalls. Open 08:00-20:30 Mon-Sat. Try the fresh fruit juices and jamón! 5. Temple of the Sacred Heart of Jesus & Plaça de Gaudi: Hilltop icons with awesome city panoramas. 6. Sagrada Familia (Carrer de Mallorca, 401): It’s breathtaking but beware of pickpockets (especially outside). Pro tip: book tickets online and keep bags zipped at all times! Getting around: Barcelona’s metro is fast and cheap, and buses go everywhere. Walking’s a vibe but watch your pockets on crowded streets! Eat this: Hit a proper paella spot in the old town. You can’t leave without tasting it, but avoid tourist places with “photo menu” vibes — locals do it better! Cash & safety: Card is king but keep some euros handy. Stay sharp around popular places — pickpockets are sneaky pros. #BarcelonaAdventures #GaudiDreaming #TravelSmart #BoqueriaBites #SpainTips #mediterranean
