Soufflé and me

Souffle & Me is a lovely restaurant in a warm white house, located in the same alley as Wat Pho Man, Soi Narathiwat Ratchanakarin 24. It is a restaurant owned by a female chef who is an Iron Chef. She uses the French menu, souffle, as a selling point of the restaurant. There are both savory and sweet dishes. She also tells you how to make and eat it correctly in the menu book. The interior of the restaurant is decorated in a sweet vintage style. There are walls that connect to souffle. Wooden furniture and rattan decorations are used. It feels cozy and warm. There are two floors of seating. Or on a nice day, you can go to the lawn area in front of the house. There are a few small tables set up. The highlight menu is vegetable salad with onsen eggs served with wasabi dressing, spaghetti with clams, Kurobuta black pork steak, and of course, savory souffles such as lobster souffle and dessert souffles such as Nutella souffle served with golden caramel bananas.
