At Flourish restaurant. We opted for a set menu (790++ THB/person) for 2 people. Appetizers: - Salmon Miang: Each person gets one plate, served with a generous amount of toppings. - Chicken Satay: Each person gets 2 skewers, featuring tender and easy-to-chew chicken. Main Course: Each person can choose 2 dishes, served with one plate of jasmine rice per person. - Prawns in Southern Thai Curry: Rich and flavorful, with large tiger prawns. - Crispy Pork Stir-fried with Lemongrass: Fragrant with herbs. - Pork Panang Curry: Can be substituted with beef, chicken, or pork. - Fried Sea Bass with Turmeric: Served with mango salad. Dessert: - Sweet Rice (Krayakoo Rice): Each person gets one cup, aromatic with coconut milk and pandan leaves.
