Worship Luang Por Phet inside the Mon-style ordination hall

🏡 Wat Pak Nam Fang Nuea was built around 1827 (B.E. 2370). The name and history of the founder are unknown. The temple's name comes from its location near the confluence of Bang Chueak Nang Canal, Bang Noi Canal, Mon Canal, and Chak Phra Canal. There is another temple on the southern side, hence the name Wat Pak Nam Fang Nuea (North). 🏞 According to some legends, relatives collaborated to build Wat Pak Nam. Later, due to disagreements, they crossed the canal to build another temple, resulting in Wat Pak Nam Fang Nuea and Wat Pak Nam Fang Tai. Key attractions within the temple include: 🏠 The Mon-style ordination hall: A small Maha-Ut ordination hall. Between 1999–2006 (B.E. 2542–2549), the hall underwent complete renovation, including the addition of decorative elements such as Chofa, Bai Raka, and front and rear porches. Intricate stucco designs were added to the gables.
