Mad Beef X Asahi

At the Asahi Beyond Expected ‘Beef Omakase Experience by Chef Cher’ event held at Mad Beef in Charoen Krung area, each dish served in different containers in every menu. Even if it was the same menu, each person would still get a different dish. Every dish was beautiful. The first dish was a salad of outside flat beef that had been air-fried for 3 days. It went very well with Asahi beer. The idea behind this dish was good. I had never seen beef served in this air-fried style before. The salad used three types of tomatoes. The pickled tomatoes opened up my taste buds very well. There was nothing to deduct points from. Talking about the dish that I liked the most, it would have to be the tenderloin sandwich, which had a delicious pho sauce that was burned before. Another part of the tenderloin was cleverly coated in flour and fried until crispy, making this dish have many textures. The Japanese sauce and Asahi beer, which is a Japanese beer, needless to say, the flavors complement each other. And the dessert is something that cannot be left unmentioned. The ice cream was rich, with meringue on top, yuzu jelly, and raspberry jelly. Every element was delicious.
