#Bangkok Itinerary Bangkok, Thailand is a world-famous tourist resort city. Every day, thousands of tourists come to Bangkok for sightseeing and vacation. Sukhumvit is the most prosperous tourist and commercial area in Bangkok, where many attractions are gathered. This time we will introduce a one-day tour itinerary for Sukhumvit. Itinerary attractions are free to visit and take photos📸, no need to buy tickets. You need to take off your shoes when entering the temple. Itinerary introduction: First take the BS Skytrain or take a taxi to Ekkamaiเอกมัย station, get off and walk about 100 meters to the first attraction: Wat That Thongวัดธาตุทอง พระอารามหลวง. The temple was built during the reign of King Rama VIII and was created by merging two temples: Wat Na Phra That and Wat Thong Lang. This is an ancient temple. There is a large pagoda in front of the temple, which contains the Buddha's relics. There is a Buddha statue as you enter the temple parking lot, standing in the posture of binding loved ones. There is a glass wall arch to the right of the big gold. Behind it is a precept hall that retains its original style. A bouquet of crow and swan tail leaves. The gable is in the shape of a pagoda, which is the original symbol of the temple. Facing south towards the road holds the omniscient Phra Pang Maravichai which is the main Buddha image. There are Buddha statues on both sides of the Bu Sa Bok, and three important Buddha statues in the front, with Phra Buddha Mon Preecha in the middle. Black Malavichai Buddha statue, Sukhothai art. To the left is Phra Buddha Chinnindaran. The golden Phra Pang Maravichai, U-Thong art, and on the right is Luang Pho Phra Phuttha Aphibarn Phangchon. Behind the hall where the Buddha bestowed his golden blessing there is a naga statue sitting in the arch. There is a Buddha statue in the moon-holding posture standing on both sides, with 4 pieces of color leaves on the front and back, 1 piece on each side, totaling 10 pieces. Generally, there are 8 directions in a temple. Next to it is the 84th anniversary statue of the Maha Stupa. This is an octagonal pagoda. There is a Charanum arch with standing Buddha images placed in four directions. There is a stupa with pedestal tops at its four corners and a rectangular base with concave corners. There are 3 large Buddha statues enshrined inside, the middle one being Phra Buddha Chinnindaran. The one on the left looks like the folk monk Luang Phor Phuttha. There are several standing Buddha statues at the back. In the front left are standing statues of Kings Rama I to V, and on the right are statues of Kings Rama VI to IX. To the right of the temple is the temple complex with 30 pavilions and reception. The temple building is tall and majestic, very suitable for taking pictures. After visiting the temple, we crossed the street and came to the most famous shopping mall in Sukhumvit: Ekkamai Gateway Mall เกทเวย์ เอกมัย. This is a Japanese style mall with various Japanese restaurants. The entire mall is suitable for casual strolling and enjoying a variety of food with friends and family. There are various small handicraft stalls in the corridor on the second floor every weekend. Thai specialty products and foreign bread are worth recommending. The air conditioning in the mall is very strong and it is very cool. Attraction address: Ekkamai Gateway Mall Address: 982, 22 Sukhumvit Rd, Khwaeng Phra Khanong, Khet Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110 Wat That Thong Address: 1325 Sukhumvit Rd, Phra Khanong Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110
