Ootoya, a Japanese restaurant, is one of our favorites because you can get free rice refills if you order a set meal. The food is delicious, though the prices are a bit high with a 10% service charge. However, they offer free hot and cold green tea. The overall service at this branch is quite slow. The wait time for food is long, and the service for refilling water is also slow. Additionally, the staff is not very knowledgeable about the promotions. If you use The One card for payment, you get a 5% discount and can also accumulate The One points. Currently, you can request an e-tax invoice, and the restaurant will provide it as a QR code. Simply scan it and fill in your personal information, and the system will automatically display your dining information and total amount, which is very convenient.
