Latest Worldwide | The Ritz-Carlton, Bangkok ▪️The hotel is located in the One Bangkok complex in downtown Bangkok, which is the largest project in Thailand in recent years, with a total investment of up to $3.2 billion (about RMB 22.8 billion). I personally think that the size and quality of this complex is even more impressive than the recent popular mall, Icon Siam. The entire complex was jointly planned and built by SOM and A49, and the interior design of the hotel was done by PIA. This is not the only hotel in the complex, as the Andaz, a brand under the Hyatt Group, will also open in the building next door this year. ▪️Upon entering the lobby on the first floor of the hotel, you are greeted by a black and white design with a touch of warm tones, which is the style that Ritz has adjusted to in recent years. It no longer has the old money style of the past, and like most luxury brands, it is gradually moving towards a younger design, which may be a new direction of development. However, I hope the color temperature of the lighting can be further enhanced, as the contrast between the cool and warm colors is too strong. ▪️The overall layout is still clear and distinct. From the arrival area, the left side is a separate area leading to the banquet floor, while the right side is the check-in area. The height of the first floor and the banquet floor is quite ample, and the banquet floor is facing the park outside the window, which is a bit like being in Central Park in New York.
