The Sparrow Pizza Studio is a famous pizza place in the Ekkamai area. The dough is really good and delicious 😋. The main menu focuses on pizza. The pizza dough is sourdough, which is easy to digest and has a perfect chewy texture. There are various flavors to choose from, including Red Sauce, White Sauce, and Green Sauce bases. Today, we tried all Red Sauce bases. 🍕 Prosciutto Arugula Fig Pizza: A recommended menu item with rocket leaves, Parma ham, and balsamic drizzle, giving a refreshing sweetness from fresh figs. 🍕 Hawaiian Pizza: A generously topped pizza with plenty of ham and a balanced flavor. Adding Phulae pineapple enhances the taste, with a hint of honey aroma. Highly recommended. 🥗 Mushroom Caesar Salad: Very fresh and crispy vegetables with fragrant grilled mushrooms. The taste is excellent, enhanced with anchovies and cheese for a savory flavor. 🥗 Rocket Burrata Salad: Rocket leaves with Parma ham and very fresh cherry tomatoes.
