A French Restaurant with Branches Around the World

Paul is a bakery café/restaurant that was established in Croix, in the northern part of France, since 1889. Today, it has expanded to over 400 branches worldwide, including in our very own Bangkok. The branch we visited at Central World on the 2nd floor, in addition to the various bakeries displayed in front of the store, also offers a wide variety of hot dishes. You can sit down and have a full meal in a beautifully decorated, luxurious European style atmosphere. 🍽 What we tried ➡️ Bread and Butter (Complimentary) – When ordering food, bread and butter are served first according to Western meal customs. The bread served is slightly warm, with a crispy crust that gives off a fragrant aroma and a soft, chewy interior. ➡️ Saumon de méditerranée – A generous piece of salmon served on spinach and Mediterranean Sauce, which is a reduced tomato sauce. The dish is garnished with asparagus, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and capers. It tastes quite good. ➡️ Peach Iced Tea – Today's Iced Tea of the Moment. If you go on another day, you might not find this iced tea. The flavor is distinctly peach, with a refreshing balance of sweet and sour. ***-Location-*** The restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of Central World. If you enter from the Sky Walk connection, you will find the restaurant on the left-hand side near the entrance to the mall. It's easy to find.
