Wat Prayurawongsawas Worawihan, Bangkok Located near the foot of Phra Phutthayotfa Bridge on the Thonburi side, it is a second-class royal temple of the Worawihan type, built in 1828 by Somdej Chao Phraya Borom Maha Prayurawong (Dis). The Phra Borommathat Maha Chedi is a large round white chedi with a diameter of 50 meters and a height of 60 meters, using the Ayutthaya construction technique. A central pillar was built to serve as the main pillar for the construction of the large chedi. Therefore, it is considered an important ancient site because it is the only remaining chedi with a central pillar, and the interior of the chedi is open for visitors. The Phra Prayurawong Museum is a European-style cement building that displays various antiques, especially Buddha images and amulets found in the crypt on the Phra Borommathat Maha Chedi, including the relics of the Lord Buddha brought from Sri Lanka. The Ubosot, which is Thai architecture, has a two-tiered roof, a pediment with a lotus flower pattern, and a glazed roof. Inside is the enshrined Phra Phuttha Thammawichetsasada, a principal Buddha image with a lap width of 2 meters, in the Mara-Vijaya attitude, with beautiful Buddha features.
