Fishmonger, a quality fresh fish and chip shop from the Thai sea that we want to recommend 🐟 Fishmonger Ratchawithi-Banthat Thong "The House of Fish & Chips in the popular community space, Galile Oasis project. The shop is located almost at the end. There are 2 seating areas. The inner area is quite narrow with about 2-3 seats. The outdoor area has a lot of seats. It feels like sharing seats. ⭐️The highlight here is the use of various types of Thai fish from Koh Lanta, which are fished using local methods that take into account sustainability. Here, there are 5 types of fish that we may not be familiar with 😅 such as silver barb, flower fish, sea bass, grouper, and angkei. There are also many other special fish that are on the daily special menu. When we went, there was an elephant ear (bat) fish menu / sardine fish / Japanese yellow fish, etc. The staff here will help explain the different textures and tastes of each type of fish to help us decide. The menu we ordered was: 🐟🍟 Fish & Chip Elephant Ear Fish (290.-) The restaurant's signature menu. The fish is soft and bouncy, juicy, and delicious. The fries and fish are fried without being oily. Crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Served with tartar sauce. Even after leaving it for a long time, it's still delicious. 🦐🥗 Grilled Shrimp Salad (290.-) Lots of shrimp, delicious taste, but we think the salad dressing is quite oily.
