🥩 Rongklannuea Beef Noodle, a delicious stewed beef noodle shop in the Song Wat area, an old community on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. 🏚️ The atmosphere in the shop has the scent of old buildings, reminiscent of Bangkok from decades ago (actually, there is a photo spot on the 2nd floor). 💫 The highlight here is just like the name of the shop, which is the pressure cooker method that makes the beef softer and more tender than the usual method, while the soup is well-rounded from simmering pork ribs with Chinese herbs and Chinese liquor for several hours. The taste is so good that you almost don't need to add any seasoning. The menus we ordered are: - Small dry noodles + fried fish (170.-): The noodles are cooked just right, mixed with a rich sauce that is salty, spicy, and a little sweet. Eating it with fried fish is an unexpected combination for us. 😋 - Fresh meatball noodles (95.-): The soup is delicious, well-rounded, and not salty. The fresh beef is very tender. 🚨 If anyone goes at noon, especially on Saturdays and Sundays, there will be a long queue.
