Benchamabophit Temple

Wat Benchamabophit Dusitwanaram was originally named Wat Laem or Wat Sai Thong and was given a new name by King Rama V as Wat Benchamabophit Dusitwanaram, meaning "the temple of King Rama V". The interior of the temple is beautifully decorated with Thai architecture and art, designed by His Royal Highness Prince Narisara Nuvadtivongse. This is one of the most beautiful temples in Thailand. There are many important places in the temple, such as Sala Si Somdet, the Bowonwong Bell Tower, Phra Thinang Songtham, Phra Thinang Phanoat, Phra Wihan Somdet, Sala Urupong, and many more.
