Hotel Muse Bangkok Review

Today, I will review Hotel Muse Bangkok, one of the M Gallery hotels in Thailand, under the Accor Hotel group. It is located in the heart of Bangkok, on Lang Suan Road. It may not be familiar to some people, but this hotel is a small boutique hotel with a unique design that is different from other hotels. I just checked out yesterday and used the free night privilege with Accor Plus. Let's talk about it. Price: I used the free night privilege with Accor Plus and used the Platinum privilege to reserve a starting room. The hotel upgraded me 2 levels to Yama Executive Room and used the room voucher to upgrade to Dusit Duplex Suite without any charge. Atmosphere: It is decorated in a dark style. It may not be suitable for people who like bright lights because the room is dim. But it has a unique and unusual decoration. Room: Dusit Duplex Suite, size 76 sq m., two floors, the lower floor is a living room with a large brown sofa. There is a dining table for 4 people, 1 bathroom, a free mini bar consisting of 2 Coke, 2 Sprite and soda for platinum customers, and a capsule coffee machine. I personally like the Duplex type room because it is a 2-story suite that is rarely seen in all hotels. It provides privacy like a house or a luxury condo. Go up the stairs to the 2nd floor to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a King size bed with a soft Topper. There is a view of the back garden road and a work desk with a TV of the right size. The small bathroom has a bathtub with a stylish design that can be lifted from the floor. The amenities are complete, including a toothbrush. However, for now, if you ask the hotel, the soap and shampoo will not be from Shanghai Tang as before. They will use the hotel's brand. Due to shortages and may need to reduce expenses in this section Yama Executive and Suite rooms and above include the benefit called La Boutique, which is Pre Dinner, which will have snacks every day. Currently, it is served in the room. It is fried dumplings, grilled squid, and grilled shrimp. As for drinks, you can choose from Beer // Wine / 2 types of Cocktails // 2 types of Mocktails // Soft Drinks, etc. You can order continuously and ask for refills from 16.30 - 18.30, but it may be delayed because there are limited staff. Breakfast: Served in the room as usual. There are 3 sets to choose from. 1 person can choose 1 set // Grand Breakfast // Continental // Asian set. Inform the exact serving time you want. You can ask for refills for some things. Facility: During this time, the Bangkok order has closed everything, including the swimming pool, fitness, and all restaurants in the hotel. On the day I stayed, there was nothing to do. I only stayed in the room. But the room is big, so it is not stuffy. Staff / Housekeeping: There are really limited. Due to reducing expenses during COVID, there are very few staff. The housekeeper will be there until 20.00 and may be delayed.
