Review Mott32 Bangkok (The standard Bangkok) Today, I will review Chinese food for dinner at the restaurant "Mott32", one of the restaurants located on the 2nd floor of The Standard Bangkok Mahanakorn Hotel, Chong Nonsi. Mott32 is an original Chinese restaurant from Hong Kong. In Thailand, this restaurant is one of the hardest Chinese restaurants to book in Bangkok, especially for lunch with a variety of dim sum. This review will be for dinner, which has 5 dim sum menus, and the rest will be a la cart menus. The highlight of the restaurant is that it is different from other Chinese restaurants. The decoration of the restaurant is in a modern Chinese style, not too formal Chinese, but it is suitable for people of all ages. Whether you come as a couple or as a group, there are many types of tables to choose from. The restaurant has 3 menus that must be ordered in advance. You cannot order them at the restaurant while eating: Iberico BBQ Pork (1,680 baht++), Peking Duck (1,980 baht++), Crispy Pork (780 baht++) because they are limited per day. I ordered 9 dishes in total. ➡️ Scallop Dumplings: The scallops were bouncy, the dumplings had a good texture, were soft, and tasted good (3 pieces for 240 baht++) ➡️ Fried Duck Spring Rolls: The dough was very crispy, and the duck filling was rich and flavorful (3 pieces for 180 baht++) ➡️ Hot & Sour Soup: Rich and spicy flavor, if you can't eat spicy, you have to order another soup (550 baht++) ➡️ Iberico BBQ Pork: A menu that needs to be ordered in advance, the meat is soft, no fat, and has a charcoal grilled aroma, so delicious that I wanted to order more, but it wasn't available 😂 (1680 baht++) ➡️ Australian Wagyu Beef M5 Sirlion Stir-fried in Sauce, Served with Mushrooms, Eggplant, Chili, and Asparagus: The meat was soft and the sauce was rich (2,850 baht++) ➡️ Fresh Fish Maw with Oyster Sauce: Fresh fish maw, soft, delicious, and oyster sauce Very rich and delicious (2,600 baht++) ➡️ Stir-fried wide noodles with soy sauce and pork: The wide noodles are stir-fried to perfection, soft and chewy, and fragrant with the wok (480 baht++) ➡️ Shrimp with vinegar sauce: The chef coats the shrimp in a thin layer of flour and mixes it with a sweet and sour sauce.
