The exterior face towards Chao Phraya River and you can exit towards this terrace without buying anything from them. It is open to the public but you have to cut across Apple store to be able to come to this area. Therefore, this viewing deck is less crowded, and you will be able to have a full view of the Chao Phraya River from both sides.
