Boat noodles at the mall "Thongsmith"

📍Thongsmith, Central Ladprao, 2nd floor Today, we ate boat noodles at Thongsmith. This branch is quite large and not crowded. 👉 We ordered small pork boat noodles and egg noodles, and asked for "fried pork rinds" on top. The taste of the noodles is quite strong and fragrant with spices. The pork is soft, the meatballs are bouncy, it's a perfect combination. The pork rinds are really good, crispy and not oily, crunchy and fun to chew.
