🍴🍱🍣 Yankii Robatayaki & Bar 🍣🍱🍴 This is not Tokyo, but a newly opened Japanese restaurant in the Sukhumvit area, located on the G floor of the Skyview hotel, near the BTS Phrom Phong station. You can feel the Japanese vibe here, as the inspiration for this place came from a bar in Tokyo. The atmosphere is perfect for hanging out with friends after work. The walls are decorated with graffiti-style posters, and the warm lighting mixed with neon lights reflects the street culture of Japan. The restaurant is divided into two floors. The lower floor is a bar, and the upper floor is the dining area, which can accommodate up to 30 people. The counter is surrounded by an open kitchen, where you can see the chefs grilling fresh ingredients right in front of you. They will then serve each dish on a paddle, while speaking Japanese, creating a unique dining experience. We tried the miso soup with shrimp and clams, followed by a salmon salad and some delicious grilled items, such as broccoli, mushrooms, chicken liver, and chicken wings. They marinate the ingredients with various spices, so there's no need to add anything else. It's simply delicious and satisfying. For the main dish, we chose the snow fish, which was served with crispy salad greens. If you prefer, you can also try the wagyu beef with garlic fried rice. The meat is so tender that it almost melts in your mouth. Finally, we ended our meal with Matcha Tiramisu and Kabocha Brûlée, which were both impressive desserts.
