Cafe, a luxurious hotel, takes in the view of the Royal Turf Club, awesome!

I like the design of Chef Ae (Pastry chef), 1st runner-up from the program 'Top Chef Thailand Desserts' who made this set look like it's in a birdcage. The presentation is interesting. The theme is Alice in Wonderland. I like this set the most out of all the ones I've tried because it's beautiful and creative. Savoury: Foie gras lollipop, wasabi macaron with sea urchin cream, artichoke and spinach cream, served with carrot and black olive crumble. Sweet: Caramel mousse with pineapple and mint (made into the shape of a white rabbit clock) and Magic Mushroom. This is the highlight, very beautiful and delicious. Cut it open to see it's made from Japanese chocolate with passion fruit and sponge cake. Afternoon tea set starts from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. every day. With a view of the Royal Bangkok Sports Club, it's a million-dollar view. They use TWG tea here. I recommend St. Regis Exclusive blend. If you like hot tea, you have to try this.
