Let’s see which ones might become your favorites: 🍽️ Grilled Salmon with Jaew Sauce: This dish features perfectly grilled salmon served with steamed rice, topped with a flavorful and spicy Jaew sauce. The fiery taste combined with a tangy kick makes it so irresistible you won’t want to share! 🍝 Spaghetti Kee Mao Seafood: A must-order dish for visitors! The chewy spaghetti is stir-fried with a spicy Kee Mao sauce, infused with the aroma of herbs in every bite. Packed with seafood like squid and bouncy shrimp, it’s a feast for the senses. 🌶️ Fried Larb: Roof Cafe’s Fried Larb is unique. It’s crispy and addictive, with a bold and intense flavor profile—tangy, spicy, and fragrant with toasted rice. 🌶️ Luang Prabang Papaya Salad: For those who love rich, fermented fish sauce flavors, this dish is a must-try. It’s spicy, bold, and so delicious you won’t be able to stop eating. But that’s not all! We also tried other dishes like Grilled Beef Salad and Spicy Chicken Feet Salad. For Japanese food lovers, they’ve got you covered too. This time, we ordered three dishes: Sashimi Size M🍣, Kaisen Don🍱, and Izumidai Usuzukuri 🍣. To wrap up the meal, we enjoyed Mango Sticky Rice🥭, Banoffee Pie🍌, Iced Latte🥤, Iced Matcha Latte🍵, and Yuzu Fizz 🍊.
