Kway Chap Yuan by Por Ubon

We visited the branch located at the gas station and ordered one bowl of regular Kway Chap Yuan and another bowl with crispy pork added for an extra 30 THB. The crispy pork truly lived up to its name—crispy and satisfying. Adding it was definitely worth it. Each bowl comes with a large boiled chicken egg. The soup is light, smooth, and easy to enjoy, with a balanced flavor and a delightful aroma of fried garlic. For appetizers, we chose the Nam Nueng for 90 THB. The rolls were pre-wrapped and very well done. When dipped and eaten, the filling stayed intact without falling apart. The dipping sauce had a moderate flavor—not too strong or overpowering. As for drinks, there were several options available. We ordered Butterfly Pea Lemonade and Bael Fruit Juice. Both were refreshing and perfect for the current hot weather in Thailand.
