WEEKEND IN BANDUNG IS FANTASTIC

WEEKEND in Bandung is fantastic. Great place, delicious food, perfect. Bandung folks love to gather, especially when there's a new place. This one just opened, quite spacious with a glass-house concept amidst lush trees. Despite its size, it feels a bit cramped due to the crowd. There are both outdoor and indoor seating areas with good air circulation, open-air style, so not too stuffy. But because it's the weekend, it's super crowded, so it's important to be considerate considering the current situation. Yesterday, I tried three dishes: Nasi Campur (60k), Pesto Pasta (50k), and French Toast Banana-Nutella (35k). The rice was tasty, the soup fresh, and the spices were flavorful, but a bit too greasy even with added lime. The chicken didn't absorb the seasoning well, but the satay lilit was delicious. The pasta was perfect, with big shrimp. The toast was also delicious. For drinks, I tried the Shani Makuta Tea, cool name, but turned out to be just plain iced tea. Luckily, it did neutralize the greasy taste effectively.
