Wat Pa Kham Chanod

Kham Chanod, Udon Thani Province is a famous tourist attraction full of mysterious legends. Kham Chanod is located in the area of ​​Wat Siri Sutho Kham Chanod, Wang Thong Subdistrict, Ban Dung District, Udon Thani Province. It is a sacred place that locals in Udon Thani Province and nearby areas highly respect and worship. It is a place of belief in the Naga, which locals believe is the residence of the Naga and a connection to the underworld. It is governed by the Naga King Pu Sri Sutho and Mother Sri Pathumma Naga Ratchadevi. This place is covered with a large forest of Chanod trees throughout the area, covering an area of ​​approximately 20 rai. Each tree is very old and is a tree that is almost nowhere to be found in Thailand. This is considered the only place where it has been found and has a long history up until the present.
