Tanah Lot Temple and Batu Bolong Temple are located in Beraban Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency, Bali. Tanah Lot Temple which consists of two words, Tanah is defined as a rock that looks like a dyke or island and Lot or Lod means the sea, so Tanah Lot means a small island floating in the sea. Tanah Lot Temple is built on top of a large rock which is on the beach. During high tide, the Tanah Lot temple will be seen surrounded by sea water. Meanwhile, when the sea water recedes, you will be able to walk close to the temple location. Batu Bolong temple is a temple built on the edge of a cliff that juts into the sea which has a hole under the cliff so it looks like a bridge connected to the mainland. around Tanah Lot you can enjoy beautiful scenery like enjoying the sunset or buying Balinese souvenirs that are available there. entrance ticket to the temple is IDR 20k per person for local tourists and IDR 60k for foreign tourists.
